Payment Details
At Clanplanet we try to cover the most popular methods of payment. At the moment we accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (www.paypal.com), Bank Cheques, Cash and Direct Bank Transfer's. Please take note that we do not accept postal orders under any circumstances.
The majority of customers prefer to use a Credit/Debit card to make payments to us because it is easy and convenient. PayPal is the next best choice, some customers prefer to send a bank cheque or perform a bank transfer as it can be easier to keep track of payments and make sure they are sent on time.
Please note that bank transfers and cheques sent from outside the UK will likely incurr a processing charge. This charge must be included in the total amount - your bank should be able to tell you the processing fee. Clanplanet will not pay this processing fee and will not process any accounts untill full payment is made.
